Quest CE Introduces Support Library for System Users
MILWAUKEE – November 4, 2015 – Quest CE, premier provider of compliance training and tracking technology solutions, today announced the redesign and expansion of its on-demand Support Library.
“One of the top priorities of the Quest CE support team is to ensure a consistent response to problem resolution, service requests, status reporting and notification of changes related to Quest CE products and services,” said Quest CE Manager of Client Services Natalie Bird. “To do this, we’ve enhanced our Support Library to not only inform and educate our clients, but support them with the tools necessary to adequately and more efficiently perform their day-to-day tasks.”
The following description is intended to provide a baseline understanding of the Helpdesk Support Library available to all product users, when logged into Quest CE’s Learning Management System, Renaissance.
Instructional Videos – Quest CE’s Troubleshooting Video Series provides users with step-by-step instructions on how to resolve common technical support questions. These videos cover an array of topics including, but not limited to, New User Sign In, How to Delete Cookies and Redeeming a Voucher Code.
Knowledge Base – Quest CE’s Knowledge Base provides clients with a self-service support center, available 24-7, where information is freely exchanged through open source articles. The end result is a search friendly help desk shared by a common community of program users.
My Tickets – Quest CE’s web-based ticketing system enables users to submit support requests that require advanced technical assistance. Once a request is submitted, a time-stamped correspondence begins with each status change, allowing users to monitor and communicate with support directly as changes occur. By avoiding the use of disparate sources such as chat, phone, or email, users’ benefits from the ability to manage and track the status of each ticket – all from a centrally-located dashboard.
