Launching the Webinar
Our team will start the webinar (15-min in advance) to assist your instructor in getting set-up. We’ll also be on-hand to field any technical issues your attendees may have while logging in.
Monitoring the Webinar
To ensure your attendees get the credit they came for, we’ll help launch polling questions and monitor chats as they come in, allowing you to focus on presenting your material.
We can also help to introduce your speaker, walk through any important “housekeeping items” for earning credit and address the necessary disclosures before starting the presentation.
