Erica Matthews Hired as Client Services Specialist
MILWAUKEE –June 29, 2018 – Quest CE, premier provider of compliance training and tracking technology solutions, is excited to welcome Erica Matthews to the position of Client Services Specialist.
In her new role, Erica will be responsible for processing clients’ continuing education credits with the appropriate State Departments of Insurance (DOI) and Designation Boards. She will also be responsible for assisting advisors with their CE administration questions through phone support and Quest CE’s online chat system. Additionally, Erica will record course completions within Quest CE’s seminar administration tool, QuestTrak.
Before joining the Quest CE team, Erica worked as an Operations Manager for IT Supplier, Inc. in New York, NY. Here, Erica was responsible for managing internal operations through tasks including, processing inventory, fulfilling orders and organizing shipments for supplies ordered through a third party vendor. Prior to working with IT Supplier, Inc., Erica was in charge of managing employees and store functions in her role as Store Manager at Barnes and Noble.

As a new Wisconsin resident, Erica has plans to explore the area to find her new favorite coffee spot. To go along with her admitted coffee addiction, Erica is an avid reader and pet-lover.
