MILWAUKEE – September 14, 2015 – Quest CE, premier provider of insurance continuing education and FINRA firm element training, today announced the release of its highly anticipated Texas Classroom Equivalent course, Ethically Planning for Life and Death.”

As required by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), licensed producers must complete 24 hours of insurance CE, every two years, with 50% of their hours being completed in a classroom or classroom equivalent setting. Through the introduction of timed-out identification questions and click-as-you-go quizzes, Quest CE joins a select number of third-party training vendors who have the technology and interactive functionality needed to comply with this requirement.

“We’re excited about the opportunity to deliver this dynamic new course to Texas producers looking to satisfy their classroom requirements in an on-demand setting,” said Quest CE Manager of Client Services, Natalie Bird. “For many producers, finding the time to attend a two-day long seminar is difficult. By converting this curriculum into an online course that can be started, stopped and continued as able, producers benefit from the flexibility of being able to complete their training at their own pace.”

Through this course, producers will gain a better understanding of the importance of integrating insurance products into the lives of their clients and helping them with investing as part of their overall financial strategy. Agents will see how personal and professional ethics and ethical practices help agents reach their goals with integrity, while also reviewing continuing education requirements, new state/federal laws and Acts introduced, which influence the insurance industry. Quest CE’s new course has been approved for twelve credits of classroom equivalent training (for a total of 2 ethics and 10 life/health insurance CE credits).

Quest CE’s classroom equivalent training integrates the ease and convenience of online CE, with all the checks and balances offered in a live, instructor-led setting.
