These strategic promotions mark an exciting step forward in the company’s continued growth and evolution.

MacKenzie Lindblom, Allison Byrne, and Erica Larson have been promoted to Director roles within the organization, recognizing their outstanding contributions and leadership over their combined 37 years with Quest CE.

The promotions include:

  • MacKenzie Lindblom, promoted to Director of Client Services, where she will oversee the Account Executive and Online Services teams. MacKenzie has been with Quest CE for 14.5 years, consistently delivering operational excellence and mentoring her teams.
  • Allison Byrne, named Director of Sales and Marketing, who brings 13 years of experience leading strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Content. In her new role, she will continue to focus on alignment, innovation, and growth across these core business units.
  • Erica Larson, with nearly 10 years at Quest CE, has been promoted to Director of Regulatory Compliance and Value-Add Services, where she will guide both the Value-Add Services Team and the Compliance team and help develop new client-focused solutions.
