New Delaware Sexual Harassment Training Course

MILWAUKEE –November 13, 2018– Quest CE, premier provider of compliance training and tracking technology solutions, today announced the addition of a new Firm Element course to its e-learning catalog.

The course, “Delaware Sexual Harassment Training,” was authored to meet the newly mandated requirements set forth by the state. As of January 1, 2019, employers with at least 50 employees in the state will need to provide anti-sexual harassment training to their staff. To help meet Delaware’s harassment training requirement, the new course defines sexual harassment, explains the role that company culture plays in preventing these types of behaviors, provides a high-level overview of the #metoo movement, and more.

Course Topics Include:

  • What Constitutes Sexual Harassment
  • Training and the Role of Culture
  • Reporting Sexual Harassment
  • A Look Inside the #MeToo Movement
  • Sexual Harassment Case Studies
