In this webinar, we’ll demonstrate how program administrators now have the option to export their own courses to PDF and turn OFF exam question and answer randomization. We’ll also walk through a new piece of functionality that enables supervisors to preview course content, before assigning it to their direct reports.

In this “What’s New at Quest CE” webinar, we’ll discuss two updates to the Branch Audit Tool. The first gives auditors the ability to view the branch’s previous audit responses during their current audit cycle. The second update is a new audit question type that provides firms with the option to download their own firm-specific file during an audit that can then be edited and re-uploaded to the system. Finally, we’ll touch on some security/privacy updates coming in 2020, as well as some new course options.

This month we’ll demonstrate the ability to add audio files to an interactive element in Course Builder, as well as how to benefit from some additional automation added to the Branch Audit Tool. We’ll also discuss an upcoming change to the Branch Audit Tool which will allow auditors to compare questionnaire responses to the previous year’s audit.

During this webinar, we’ll walk through a new Google Maps integration which allows Branch Audit Tool users to easily view the status of each branch location on a geographical map of the United States. We’ll also demonstrate how to bulk import upcoming audits, as well as how to override a single branch’s audit frequency. Lastly, we’ll provide a sneak peek of our 2020 content calendar.

In this webinar, we’ll focus on several Branch Audit Tool enhancements, including a new Application Log, the ability to efficiently replace audit assignments for terminated auditors and an update to the display for individual’s user data. We’ll also demonstrate how program administrators can now re-open a user’s previously “ended” disclosure and return it to its prior approved status.
