Quest CE Recognizes Employee Excellence

MILWAUKEE – October 30, 2013 – Quest CE, premier provider of insurance continuing education and FINRA firm element training, is proud to announce the promotion of five employees. These promotions come after a year of strong growth for the firm, which recently expanded its service portfolio to include securities exam prep training and a licensing and registration management platform, Bridge for Broker-Dealers.

Natalie Bird has been promoted to Manager of Client Services. In her new position, Bird will be responsible for supervising Quest CE’s online support team, whose main objective is to aid clients in accessing the company’s leaning management system, Renaissance. Additionally, Bird will be in charge of managing the team that creates, maintains and audits the training content of over 650 courses, exams and surveys. Bird graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders.

Kaitlyn Morris, who most recently served as TPA Support Specialist under Quest CE’s Insurance Seminar department, will now join the Online Support team. In her new role as Client Support Specialist, she will assist system users in navigating Quest CE’s LMS, while fielding client requests as they arise.  Morris graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with her Bachelor of Arts in English.

Marie LaCount has been promoted to Internal Sales Support Specialist. Here, she will report directly to the Account Executive Manager and help provide administrative and clerical support to the Account Executive team. Marie is currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Jessica Kruse has been promoted to Accounting and CRM Analyst. In her new position as Senior Content Specialist, Kruse will continue to fulfill some of her previous duties as Senior Content Specialist, while expanding her reach as the lead contact in NetSuite customer relations. More specifically, Kruse will be responsible for improving operating efficiencies through the adoption of CRM technologies to maximize the effectiveness of Quest CE’s business departments. Kruse graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Kate Lucchesi, a 3-year veteran of Quest CE, will help further accelerate the expansion of Quest CE’s training compliance programs in her new position as Senior Account Executive.  Here, Lucchesi will be responsible for training and mentoring new Account Executives, as well as fulfilling all supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Account Executive Manager. Lucchesi graduated from the University of Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Special Education.
