Quest CE Promotes Erica Larson to Account Executive

MILWAUKEE –January 5, 2017 – Quest CE, premier provider of compliance training and tracking technology solutions, announced today the promotion of Erica Larson to the position of Client Account Executive. Larson takes on this role after serving on the Third Party Administration (TPA) team as a Client Services Specialist.

Reporting directly to the EVP of Compliance and Operations, Larson will act as the primary liaison between Quest CE and its Third Party Administration clients. Larson will be responsible for managing and renewing annual contracts, prepping annual reports and pursuing new business opportunities. She will additionally be in charge of managing the company’s voucher card program, while assisting with the daily management and workload of the TPA and Compliance teams.

In the summer of 2015, Larson joined the Quest CE team as a Client Support Specialist where she gained valuable experience working with the company’s TPA clients. In this role, Larson was responsible for processing clients’ continuing education credits with the appropriate state Departments of Insurance (DOI) and Designation Boards. During this time, Larson also provided phone and online support to advisors using the company’s CE administration system, QuestTrak.

Before joining the Quest CE team, Larson worked as a Community Business Development Manager at Barnes and Noble. Here, she served as the primary contact for local schools and businesses for their book buying needs, while continuing to solicit new business. Additionally, Larson was responsible for coordinating the stores’ fundraising events, volunteering opportunities and internal store events.

In her free time, Erica loves to travel with her family. Whether it’s a day trip down to the Brookfield Zoo in Illinois, or a cross-country road trip to Glacier National Park, there’s no adventure too small or too big for the Larson family!
