Quest CE Hires Joellyn Jones as Support Specialist
MILWAUKEE –April 4, 2017 – Quest CE, premier provider of compliance training and tracking technology solutions, is excited to welcome Joellyn Jones to the position of Customer Service Support Specialist. Jones brings with her several years of customer service experience.
In her new role, Jones will provide online and phone support to users navigating Quest CE’s compliance management system, Renaissance. Additionally, Jones will be responsible for processing continuing education credits with the appropriate State Departments of Insurance (DOI) and Designation Boards.
In addition to her new role at Quest CE, Jones volunteers her time as a Nonprofit Adviser. Here, she helps out different nonprofit organizations by speaking at various management conferences and events throughout the year. Previously, Jones worked as a Customer Service Representative for a payroll processing company where she was responsible for providing online support to over sixty client accounts. In 2013, Jones earned her Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
“Jo has a great deal of customer service experience and has expressed her ambition to continue helping people through this line of work,” said Natalie Bird, Quest CE’s Manager of Customer Services and Content. “This passion makes her a great addition to the customer support team and I look forward to working with her.”
Outside of work, Jo enjoys filling up her backpack with only the essentials and taking camping trips all around Wisconsin. Back at home, Jo is a Civil Defense Scholar and enjoys collecting relevant items, with dates ranging from the 1950’s through the 1980’s. Her most prized collectible is a civil defense magazine from the fifties, which helped land her a spot on the National Geographic show, “America’s Lost Treasures.” Quest CE believes that Jo’s upbeat personality and her background in customer service will make her a valuable addition to the Quest CE team.
