Heather Dall Hired as Client Services Specialist

MILWAUKEE –May 31, 2017 – Quest CE, premier provider of compliance training and tracking technology solutions, is excited to welcome Heather Dall to the position of Client Services Specialist. In her new role, Dall will be responsible for rostering clients’ continuing education credits with the appropriate State Departments of Insurance (DOI) and Designation Boards. Dall will also work directly with advisors to help answer any questions they have regarding credits received, as well as record course completions within Quest CE’s seminar administration tool, QuestTrak.

Prior to joining Quest CE, Dall worked as an Administration Assistant for an industrial epoxy solutions company called Copps Industries where she was responsible for providing customer support and processing client orders.  Prior to that, Dall was a Dealer Services Administrator at the subprime auto lending company, GoFinancial in Mesa, AZ. Here, she was responsible for assuring risk review due diligence by performing credit and background checks in addition to processing bank statements and confidential documents.  In 2013, Dall graduated with a Business Administration degree from Chandler-Gilbert Community College in Arizona.

Outside of the office, Heather likes to take time out of her weekend to volunteer at the humane society, primarily helping out with the shelter’s cats. Aside from her volunteer work, Heather enjoys doing yoga to help her unwind from her busy schedule. When she has some spare time, she also likes hiking and going on camping trips.  Quest CE believes that Heather’s extensive background in customer service will make her a great addition to the growing team.
