Quest CE Hires Hannah Shanley as Support Specialist
MILWAUKEE –October 20, 2017 – Quest CE, premier provider of compliance training and tracking technology solutions, is excited to welcome Hannah Shanley to the position of Online Services Specialist.
In her new role, Shanley will provide online and phone support to users navigating Quest CE’s compliance management system, Renaissance. Shanley will also be responsible for processing continuing education credits with the appropriate State Departments of Insurance (DOI) and Designation Boards in addition to maintaining and updating course content housed in Renaissance.
Prior to Quest CE, Shanley worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Internal Wholesaler for the Independent Marketing Organization, U.S. Marketing Corporation. Here, Shanley’s responsibilities included digital media marketing strategy, internal wholesaling, and corresponding with agents. Before working with U.S. Marketing Corp., Shanley attended school at Minnesota State University-Mankato where she received her bachelor’s degree in Mass Media with an emphasis in Public Relations.

Outside of the office, Hannah likes to spend time indulging in her favorite hobbies including painting, hiking, biking and playing guitar and piano. She also enjoys getting together with her friends and family and checking out the local breweries.
