Quest CE Automates Super CE Management Process

MILWAUKEE – July 2, 2020 – Quest CE, premier provider of compliance training and tracking technology solutions, is excited to announce the release of its newly improved Super CE solution. The updated service delivers a completely digital process for scheduling, conducting, and managing Super CE course offerings.

As an increasingly popular continuing education (CE) delivery method, Super CE is a combination of two forms of continuing education: 1) a multi-credit self-study course and 2) a 1-hour live review session/exam. This review session can be conducted via classroom or webinar delivery. Quest CE’s solution aims to help CE administrators implement this multi-credit offering through a more efficient and automated process.

Using Quest CE’s proprietary CE administration system, QuestTrak, administrators and wholesalers can easily submit course/instructor filings for state approval, schedule CE events, and track attendee registration, all from a centralized location. To help programs run smoothly, Quest CE’s system also features a set of checks and balances to ensure events are not scheduled outside of the requested state/designation notification deadlines.

When an event is scheduled, the system generates a registration link and access code that advisors will access to review the self-study course materials. After attending the live or webinar-based review session, attendees will be directed to an online exam where they will immediately be notified if they passed/failed, with credits being processed in as little as two business days.

After the completion of an event, program administrators can easily track registration/attendee numbers, exam pass rates and instructor statistics. Quest CE’s solution also provides the option for firms to set up automated data feeds to carry over Super CE event information into their current CRM.
