Madeline Pieschel Hired as Client Services Specialist
MILWAUKEE –June 12, 2017 – Quest CE, premier provider of compliance training and tracking technology solutions, is excited to welcome Madeline Pieschel to the position of Client Services Specialist.
As a Client Services Specialist, Pieschel will be responsible for rostering clients’ continuing education credits with the appropriate State Departments of Insurance (DOI) and Designation Boards. Pieschel will also be responsible for assisting advisors with their CE administration questions through phone support and Quest CE’s online chat system. Additionally, Pieschel will record course completions within the company’s seminar administration tool, QuestTrak.
Before joining the Quest CE team, Pieschel gained valuable customer service experience while working in the restaurant industry as a server. Prior to that, Pieschel attended Marquette University where she majored in Journalism and minored in Studio Arts. Pieschel graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the university in 2015.

After growing up in Springfield, Minnesota, her desire to attend college at Marquette University brought Mattie to the Milwaukee area. As a relatively new local, Mattie has made it a hobby to try out different foods and wines at various Milwaukee restaurants. Aside from that, Mattie also likes to showcase her creativity through painting and photography. Quest CE believes that Mattie’s outgoing personality and previous experience will make her a great fit for the Quest CE team.
