What is Quest CE’s Business Continuity Plan?
Individual lines of business across Quest CE have specific plans based on the nature of impacts possible to our business operations. Quest CE is guided by national and local health agencies and the World Health Organization’s pandemic alert phases. Quest CE’s executive team is meeting continuously to assess and respond to the crisis as it evolves, to adjust how we operate, to maintain continuity, and to support clients with the specific support they need right now. Will Quest CE’s business operations and/or systems be impacted?
At the end of the day, Quest CE is a technology-enabled workforce and built to run efficiently from remote sites. Because of this readiness, we are confident that there will be little to no disruption in our ability to support our customers. Per our normal business hours, we will be available by phone, email, online meetings, video conferencing or chat Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM CST.
How can I get updates on COVID-19 from Quest CE?
Quest CE will advise you of any important service notifications via your standard account contacts and communication channels. If you have any questions or concerns regarding COVID-19, Quest CE asks that they be channeled through your existing Account Executive that you use for all routine business communications.
