Our Annual Compliance Questionnaire (ACQ) provides an innovative online solution to assist registered broker-dealers in the development, delivery, collection and evaluation of required annual questionnaires. The information obtained through the questionnaire allows you to tailor your regulatory programs to better serve your firm.
Our ACQ solution is built directly into Renaissance, our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). This gives your firm complete control over the questions you ask, the types of reporting you require, and provides the compliance officer with the ability to flag specific questions to alert them with automatic e-mails providing them with the representative’s response.
