Individual Needs Analysis
Quest CE’s Individual Needs Analysis Survey solicits information including products (retail and institutional), suitability, customer communications, and supervisory responsibility. Coordinate any selection of over 300 different courses for your registered representatives. An unlimited number of our courses are available for your annual usage as well. After the Needs Analysis and job functions are reviewed, you will assign appropriate courses to each representative. Courses are delivered via internet and successful completion is verified through a mastery exam.

Firm Needs Analysis
Convenient and easy to use, the Firm Needs Analysis Survey goes through various requirements and aspects of firms including their varying departments, job functions, services and products they currently offer and plan to offer, training priorities, and global competencies.
When the surveys are completed, results will be measured and firms will be provided with a customized snapshot of their companies and representatives needs in a way that will benefit everyone involved.
