Questtrak enhances continuing education programs by allowing administrators to schedule seminars, maintain attendee information, validate instructor contacts, track required course materials, in addition, clients have access to on-demand, real-time reporting and built-in regulatory checks. Regulatory checks through Questtrak ensure a firm’s program is compliant with all State DOI requirements.

Additional functionalities incorporated into Questtrak include an interactive calendaring system. This feature allows administrators to view, edit, copy, and cancel continuing education events efficiently, as well as bookmark seminar requests for completion at a later date. Questtrak prevents users from scheduling invalid course offerings by checking necessary requirements under both state and instructor approvals to ensure credits are successfully issued. Administrators have access to advanced reporting capabilities that contain detailed Excel spreadsheets that can be uploaded directly to a firm’s CRM system. Viewable graphs also offer an at-a-glace overview of your reporting materials. By accessing these reports, wholesalers can easily follow up with attendees to discuss additional continuing education or business opportunities. RSVP Automated Emails

Accurately confirm seminar attendance, while promoting firm CE offerings. Direct links lead potential seminar attendees to a custom branded RSVP portal. Administrators can review RSVP’s by the number of guests, contact information, and can set customizable Questtrak seminar reminders that will be sent directly to attendees.

On-Demand Survey Tool

Administrators have the ability to build and automate custom post-event surveys through Questtrak. When seminar attendees login into MyQuest, they will be prompted to take part in the requested seminar survey. At anytime prior to distribution, the administrator can add, edit, and delete survey questions. Reports can be sorted by individual response, by question, and by seminar.
