What is the price to have a Producer complete all the different types of training?

Pricing is $10 per Producer and the Carrier is charged once the Producer completes that Carrier’s product specific training course(s). The Carrier will be invoiced at the beginning of the month for any Producers that completed training in the previous month.

What fees are associated when beginning and throughout the program?
Quest CE will not charge any upfront fees or annual fees.
How can I ensure that my Producers are completing their necessary training requirements?
Quest CE’s reporting capabilities pull data by Product Specific Training and individual Producers. Quest CE sends PGP encrypted daily data feeds of Producer completions and a student detail report of courses to Carriers.
For my Product Specific Training, which file format should I send you for our course?
Renaissance, Quest CE’s proprietary Learning Management System, has the ability to accept virtually any file type to convert into an e-learning training course. Most common file types include: PowerPoint, Word Document, PDF, SCORM and AICC Compliance Package.
For my Product Specific Training, should I write one comprehensive course covering all our products or one course for each individual product?
Our system can handle either. Most Carriers are choosing to write multiple courses for each individual product.
Can our company have a portal built specifically for our producers to complete training?
Yes, Quest CE can build a custom portal for you in just one business day.
How can multiple students be loaded into the system at the same time, so each producer can easily sign-in?
When Carriers begin the solution program, they will send Quest CE a complete list of their appointed Producers. Quest CE will then bulk-load the list of appointed Producers into our system.
Does Quest CE follow up with Producers if reports indicate they have not completed all the necessary training?
If the Producer does not complete the necessary training before the designated deadline, Quest CE will send a friendly e-mail reminder.
