Using this innovative resource, administrators can manage their program’s Annual Compliance Questionnaires, Needs Analysis Surveys and Annual Tracking Surveys, without the assistance of an outside training provider.
Survey Builder features an intuitive user interface, which allows for the seamless creation of surveys and the secure back-end architecture for storing and categorizing their responses. Built within Quest CE’s proprietary learning management system, Renaissance; Survey Builder assists users in the development, delivery, collection and evaluation of required annual questionnaires.
With over a dozen question types available to choose from (i.e. multiple choice, check box, open text), program administrators can create detailed surveys to receive a comprehensive and thorough review of all employee declarations. Survey answers can also be flagged for suspicious activity, which would prompt an automatic email to compliance. Jump Logic is also available, which would direct respondents through different paths in the survey, dependent on the answer provided.
Adding a survey to a student’s profile is effortless. Survey Builder allows users to view and organize surveys, and even export the survey responses into a database worksheet for tabulation and analysis. Since the online survey collects all the data instantly, program administrators can see responses in real-time.
Survey Builder is an extension of Quest CE’s content management dashboard, which also features Course Builder and Exam Builder. Similar to Survey Builder, Course Builder and Exam Builder provide program administrators with the ability to author, edit and manage training courses and exams.
