Community Involvement

Quest CE is committed to being an active community member, and aiding community organizations in fulfilling their missions by positively influencing the lives of individuals and/or families.

Current Initiatives

In an effort to become green and uphold our social responsibility, Quest CE has developed a can recycling initiative.  Not only can the cans be recycled, but the tabs from the cans (or money from the tabs) can also be donated. All proceeds from recycling cans and tabs are donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, which help provide a home-away-from-home for families whose children are undergoing severe treatment in the Milwaukee Area.

Quest CE has also partnered with FUEL Milwaukee as an employee member. Firmly believing in FUEL’s core objectives, Quest CE contributes to improving the perception of the Milwaukee region, increasing community engagement, and fostering the growth of a contemporary workplace. Quest CE team members take place in collaborative events allowing them to network with other professionals around the area, and exchange ideas of how to build a better workplace, and help within the community.

Quest CE is also a patron partner of the Platypus Circle, the highest-level, donor-member-recognition group in the Zoological Society of Milwaukee’s support network. The Platypus Circle is composed of unique individuals, corporations and foundations who share a passion for the Milwaukee County Zoo, conserving endangered animal species, and teaching the importance of preserving wildlife and its natural environment.

We believe giving back involves not only donating money, but also donating time. Through the American Red Cross, Quest CE is hosting a corporate blood drive that will provide life saving blood donations to those who need it most in the local community and state.  Not only is Quest CE organizing the blood drive, over half of Quest CE employees have volunteered to participate as donors.

In 2011, Quest CE proudly launched the “Quest CE Cares” volunteer program extending our community involvement by providing volunteer service during company work hours, allowing employees to give back to our selected cause of the month. Our employees are giving back by volunteering at the Unity Community Soup Kitchen located in downtown Milwaukee by serving food, food preparation, and spending time with soup kitchen attendees.  They have also raised money for the “No Kid Hungry” campaign to end childhood hunger, held a cookie drive for seniors during the holiday season, and volunteered for Toys for Tots.

Future Initiatives

Quest CE strongly believes that our success stems from the success of our community, and in 2012 we will continue to give back through our “Quest CE Cares” volunteer program. Additionally, Quest CE plans on implementing a Charitable Gift Matching Program, allowing employees to donate to an organization and Quest CE will match the employee gifts.
